My own group, i prefer that term than school, meets on the first Sunday of the month at my studio in Leeds. Its a very informal affair and a lot of fun, as bonsai should be. You are welcome to pop along. There is no membership fee just a charge of £5 for the day. Bargain! Although i love shohin, big bonsai are very welcome too.
7th May 2011 – Vale of Clwyd bonsai group. Workshop – This was a great day. A really strong Bonsai group and a great venue at green dragon bonsai. If you are in the area, you should give them a call.

7th July – Swindon and District Bonsai Group – Workshop
18th August – Bushukan Bonsai
21st August – Bristol Bonsai Society exhibition, Failand Hall, Failand, Bristol. I will be putting on some shohin displays and also giving a demo or too. Will be a great day.
3rd/4th September 2011 – Bonsai World 2011. K2 Leisure Centre, Crawley, Sussex, RH11 9BQ. I will be demo-ing along side my good friend Marc Noelanders. Another great event not to be missed.
6th Septmber 2011 – Surrey Heath Bonsai group
9th September 2011 – Ipswich Bonsai group
10th/11th September 2011 – Greenlawns Bonsai, Sudbury. A weekend of workshops, talks, Shohin displays etc etc.
13th September 2011 – Accrington and District Bonsai group
25th September 2011 – BTA Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield.
4th October 2011 – Bonsai Kai of the Japan Society
